Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?
No. Our team arrives with all products and equipment needed for the job. If you prefer eco-friendly products, tell us when booking.
How long does a cleaning appointment take?
It depends on the size of the property and the service. Regular cleans are quicker; deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans usually take several hours for a full top-to-bottom result.
Is your end of tenancy cleaning guaranteed?
Yes. If your landlord or letting agent raises any cleaning issue within 72 hours of our visit, we return and re-clean the affected areas free of charge.
