Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the property differs significantly from what was described (size, condition, additional rooms) we may revise the price before starting work.

Access and utilities

Please ensure our team can access the property at the agreed time and that electricity and hot water are available. Waiting time beyond 30 minutes may be charged.

Guarantee

If your landlord or letting agent raises a cleaning issue within 72 hours of an end of tenancy clean, we will return and re-clean the affected areas free of charge. This does not cover damage, wear and tear, or areas that were not part of the original booking.

Cancellations

Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.

Liability

We hold public liability insurance. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
